About the PDF Merger
The PDF Merger combines 2 to 10 PDF files, up to 10 MB each, into a single document. The files are merged from top to bottom in the order shown in the list, and you can move any file up or down, remove it, or add more files before merging.
Processing happens on our own server in a restricted background worker, never through an AI provider. You get a private status page that updates when the job finishes. Uploads are removed after processing and results expire after 48 hours.
How to use it
- Choose two or more PDFs; you can add files in more than one pick.
- Use the arrows to put the files in the right order.
- Select Queue merge.
- Download the merged PDF from the status page.

- Combining a CV, cover letter and references into one application file.
- Joining scanned pages that were saved as separate files.
- Assembling invoices or reports into one document.
Tips
- Check the order in the list before merging; the first file becomes the first pages.
- If the merged file is too large, run it through the PDF Compressor.
