About the PDF Splitter
The PDF Splitter either extracts a page range into a new PDF or splits every page into its own PDF, delivered together as a ZIP archive.
Page ranges use numbers and dashes separated by commas, such as 1-3 or 2,5-7, and z means the last page. Processing happens on our own server in a restricted background worker, never through an AI provider. You get a private status page that updates when the job finishes. Uploads are removed after processing and results expire after 48 hours.
How to use it
- Choose a PDF up to 10 MB.
- Pick Extract a page range, or Split into separate pages.
- For a range, enter pages such as 1-3 or 2,5-7.
- Queue the split and download the result.
Common uses
- Sending only the relevant pages of a long contract.
- Separating a batch of scanned documents into single pages.
- Removing cover pages or appendices.
Tips
- Use 1-z to select the whole document, or 5-z for page 5 to the end.
- To combine pages from several files afterwards, use the PDF Merger.
