The Unit Converter converts between common units of length (metres, kilometres, miles, feet, inches and more), mass (kilograms, grams, pounds, ounces), temperature (Celsius, Fahrenheit, Kelvin), volume (litres, millilitres, cubic metres and US gallons, quarts, cups and fluid ounces) and data size.

Data units in this tool use binary multiples, where 1 KB is 1,024 bytes; use the File Size Converter to compare decimal and binary units. Everything runs in your browser with JavaScript. Nothing you type is uploaded to our server, so it is safe to use with private data.
